Cancellation Policy

Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we reserve time in our schedule to attend to you. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. To avoid our cancellation charge, we recommend you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment using the booking link or by calling during working hours on 01288 580180.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

If you are cancelling your booking and we have taken a deposit, please call 01288 580180 for a refund.
